By submitting your logo design, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully and check the box (and obtain guardian consent, if applicable) before uploading: 1. Original Work: You certify that the logo you’re submitting is your own original creation, and that no part of it infringes upon any existing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. 2. Assignment of Rights: You hereby assign (transfer) all worldwide rights, title, and interest in your submitted logo—including the full copyright—to Acers Volleyball. From the moment of submission, Acers Volleyball will be the sole and exclusive owner of the design. 3. Exclusive Use & Modification: Acers Volleyball may use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, or modify your design in any medium or format, for any purpose (including but not limited to jerseys, apparel, digital platforms, print materials, signage, advertising, and merchandise) without further notice or compensation. 4. Waiver of Moral Rights: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any “moral rights” (rights of attribution or integrity) that you may have in the design. 5. No Compensation Beyond Prize: If your design is chosen as the winner, the merch pack prize (as stated in the contest advertisement) constitutes your sole compensation. You will not receive additional royalties or payments for any current or future use of the logo. 6. Representations & Indemnification: You represent and warrant that you have the full right and authority to assign these rights, and that the logo does not violate any third‑party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acers Volleyball (and its officers, directors, coaches, and volunteers) from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of a breach of these representations. 7. Minor Participants (Under 18 Years Old): If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before submitting. Your parent/guardian must read and agree to these terms on your behalf (see checkbox below). By checking “I agree” and entering your design, you confirm that you have secured parental/guardian consent.
