About Our Program

AVC Club Teams

What is Club?

Our club program forms teams that practice and compete together. This is a program for competitive athletes who are looking to improve, be challenged, and compete hard.

Who is Club for?

Our club program is available to high school girls. We form teams from 15s (freshmen) to 18s (seniors). Players must tryout for a spot on one of our teams and a spot is not guaranteed. Players in our club program should be committed to attending all practices and tournaments and be ready to work hard and grow.

When is Club season?

Our club season begins with tryouts in early November. Practices begin after Thanksgiving and tournaments start in January. We try to wrap up our season around the end of March so that athletes can participate in spring sports without conflict. Our tournament schedule is formed after we receive conflict information from families.

Our fee for the season is $1,000. There are discounts available for siblings and for those who pay in full before Christmas. Payment plans are available to all participants. Please contact us if cost is a concern for your family - while our fee is non-negotiable, our payment plans absolutely are.

Our fees cover all coaching expenses, insurance, equipment, uniforms, etc. You will be required to obtain a Badger Region Membership to participate - the cost for this membership is $55. You are not required to purchase any additional gear aside from standard volleyball gear of your choice (i.e. shoes, knee pads, shorts/spandex).

How much does Club cost?

What do I get?

  • Two practices per week from December through March

  • Five single day tournaments (on the weekends, January through March)

  • One two day tournament (Badger Region Championships in March)

  • Position Training sessions

  • Two uniform tops

  • One hitting shirt

  • Highly qualified coaches

At AVC, we truly believe that our club members are our family and we strive to treat you as such. You aren’t just a number to us, from the moment you walk in the door at tryouts, we hope you feel like you are fully seen.

We wait to form our tournament schedule until we get conflict information from our families; we understand that you’re busy and we want to support our multi-talented athletes!

We also have some of the most highly trained coaches in the area. We actually cut our team offerings (and our profits!) rather than compromise on the quality of coaches that we hire. Our coaches participate in continuing education regularly and we are proud that half of our staff is CAP I certified.

We are small on purpose because we believe in quality over quantity; quality coaches, quality experiences, quality relationships, and quality volleyball.

What makes AVC different from other clubs?
